CONTENT

Our school is distinguished by its in-depth presentation of all      dimensions of yoga practice, including asana. These teachings and practices are designed to evoke spiritual insight and are applicable to every day life.

The 220hr. long program is divided into three distinct phases:

  • The Yoga Intensive, weeks 1-5, offer an in-depth emersion into yoga practice.  This segment can be taken independently of the remaining course.
  • The second component, weeks 6-9 emphasis a more detailed understanding of the subtle body components of practice, their therapeutic application and teaching techniques.
  • The final segment weeks 10-14, focus almost exclusively on refining teaching methods, continuing personal practice and conclude with a teacher’s practicum.

  • Yoga Alliance Certified Program -220 Hour Certification
  • Asana, taught from both the Vinyasa & Stationary Perspective
  • Yoga Philosophy, Chanting, Pranayama & Meditation
  • Ayurveda, Anatomy, Physiology & Therapeutics
  • Teaching Methodology, Skills & Communication
  • Devotional Practices (Kirtan, Arti)
